228 Nyitrageszte Christmas Biscuit.
Ebből a témából is szeretnénk kisfilmet készíteni (lsd. filmtervek)

Title: 228 The Baking of Nyitrageszte Christmas Greeting Biscuit (film segment)
We only noticed on playback what we had missed on location, that the Greeting Biscuits (Beggar's Biscuits) were in the shape of a snake. With this biscuit, in the hand the owner (head of household) greeted the house's inhabitants during "Adam Eve time." The reason Ms. Margit put 2 cross-shaped pieces of dough into the oven next to the biscuits, also follows tradition.
We would like to create a short film on this topic (see. Film Plans)
14. The baking of "Greeting Biscuit" ("Beggars' Biscuit") in Nyitrageszte with Ms. Margit
On Christmas evening as per tradition, the home's lord (head of household/proprietor), with a bunch of straw (the symbol of Bethlehem's manger) and with Greeting Biscuit in hand, greets the inhabitants of the home. Ms. Margit no longer bakes in a brick-stone oven but, rather, in an electric fireplace, but prepares these ritualistic types of biscuits according to the true traditional modes. In the oven, next to one another, the crosses (dispelling evil energies/spirits) and snake-shaped, twisted Greeting Biscuits bake peacefully. While we await the baking of the biscuit, Ms. Margit sings several Zoboralji (Zobor Region) Christmas tunes.
